Only the values you or your AI assistant send in a tool call (leak symptoms, rain and storm flags, roof type, age, size and affected area, leak location, tarp area, stories, pitch, access, cost tier, repair cause, interior damage level, roofer quote details such as name, price, rating, licence, insurance, warranty, dates and certification, your first name, leak summary, access notes, date windows, optional phone number and neighbourhood, event date and type, damaged items and costs, tarp cost, deductible and repair estimates) and technical logs (timestamps, tool names, status and error codes). We ask for no street address, GPS location, policy number or account details. No accounts, no profiles, no cookies, no tracking.
To compute the result you asked for, enforce rate limits, debug errors and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for advertising or model training.
Computed per request, nothing stored: tool inputs and results are processed in memory and discarded when the response is sent. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for no more than 30 days, then deleted.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Tool inputs and results pass through the AI assistant you use to call this service (for example Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT or Meta Muse), which handles them under its own privacy policy. Our hosting and logging provider (Cloudflare) processes requests on our behalf under contract. We never send anything to roofers or insurers. We disclose data only if required by law.
You choose what to send; avoid including details you do not want processed. Request access, correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question privately at support@magicteams.ai. We respond within 30 days.
This service is not directed to children under 13.
